Monari Federzoni, the Italian family business behind Bongiorno vinegar drinks, have been making premium balsamic vinegar in Modena since 1912. Seeking to spread the benefits of this traditional detoxifying digestive tonic – which is now being studied as a dietary supplement for use in an array of areas – we used their particular expertise to develop this line of low-calorie, all-natural, organic, vegan drinks in fantastic fruit flavours.
